With over 3 decades of executive experience in service domestically and internationally, Mr. Rajan Kulkarni ventured in entrepreneurship in the year 2004.
Mr. Kulkarni earned his Mechanical Engineering Diploma in 1981 and post graduate diploma in Marketing Management from Symbiosis International University, Pune, in 1983.
His experiences in leading business operations and finance for the last 12 years enhances our innovative and state-of-art manufacturing processes.
Under his leadership, the company has fostered the strong alliances and growth that have put Delpro Equipments Pvt. Ltd. on the brinks of progress

Mr. S. R. Deshpande erected Delpro Equipments Private Limited all from ground zero. A man of values and veracity, he has efficiently integrated technology and commerce to build this great organization. It is his warmth and affection that he brings to the establishment which is the source of our inspiration.
Mr. S.R Deshpande has successfully led the company to be a landmark in the field of heavy equipment manufacturing. A technocrat having a Mechanical Engineering Degree from College of Engineering Amravati, Maharashtra and schooling from New-Era High School, Akola.
Mr. Deshpande has successfully led the company through some of its most challenging times and enabled it to emerge stronger. His broad global perspective has seen the company expanding its horizons beyond domestic frontiers, positioning itself to become a true international player. His love for academics has led us to be way ahead in Fabrication Technology.
